#14 Switchable rule for Russian abbreviations млн and млрд

According to the spelling rules in force, Russian abbreviations “млн” (for million) and “млрд” (for billion) should not be followed by a point, however in official documents the point is required (at least as per the requirements in force in Belarus). LanguageTool sticks to the latter rule, which is fine to me, but is not strictly correct. Can this rule be made switchable (for those two abbreviations only)?
