#2 No MATR on project load

Currently there is no code to make all transitions random upon a project load. This will be added soon as an option. In general we want to preserve the values that a project has saved , however one may want to randomize these upon load , and even though the MATR button exists for this A MATR checkbox will be added to
the load project file dialogs.
