Lamp-ng provides a convenient way to set up a LAMP server with advanced logging capabilities in a Debian/Ubuntu system.
The script installs all required packages for:

• Apache
• MySQL
• PHP/Python/Pearl
• Syslog-ng

In addition, the script makes the necessary configuration changes to centralize all log files produced by the server.

The default Apache index.html web-page is replaced by index.php, which executes PHP scripts to display some basic system information.
