Lamp-ng provides a convenient way to set up a LAMP server in a Debian/Ubuntu system.
The script installs all required packages for Apache, MySQL, PHP/Python/Pearl.
In addition, Syslog-NG is installed and the necessary configuration changes are made to centralize all log files produced by the server.
The default Apache index.html web-page is replaced by index.php, which executes PHP scripts to display some basic system information.
