Getting started with LameTag:

Start by downloading LameTag's installer below and installing LameTag:

Once you've installed and opened up LameTag, you will see a simple user interface. To select the wave file to convert, simply click the "..." button next to the input field and browse to your wave file. Once you've selected your file, enter a filename (without the .mp3 extension) and choose your desired bitrate. Finally, you can set your ID3 tags, or leave them blank. Now just click "convert" and you're good to go! The encoded MP3 will reside in the same directory as the chosen wave file.
