#33 Intel C/C++ compiler and math library support

This patch may be used to compile Lame 3.97 with Intel C/C++ compiler and utilize Intel's math library provided with the compiler instead of default GNU libm.so.

This stuff was tested on ia32 Fedora Core 6 system with Intel C/C++ compiler version 9.1.045.
