#512 lame.exe clips content over 0dB (32bit wav float)

Using lame.exe to convert a 32bit float wav to mp3 results in clipping, if the signal is above 0dBFS.
Example command: lame -V2 sample.wav sample.mp3.

LAME in ffmpeg or in some programs (Audacity) does not produce this clipping.

I'm attaching a sample file for easy testing.
