#489 Sawtooth waveform encoding problem

Hi LAME developer team!

I've tested LAME (both 3.99.5.2 and 3.100.2) with some synthetic sounds samples. I found that sawtooth signal encoding is really bad in LAME when pscychoacoustic model is enabled. FhG and JetAudio is good at 96kbps (in mono) but encoding with LAME at 160Kbps (in mono) still gives an annoying noise. Below 160 kbps (in mono) the encoding is really bad.

Is there an explanation for that?
