Snapshot #16 released

I released the first snapshot (i.e. preview) of the next official beta release (beta 5, planned for April 2007). Some significant changes have been made: HP does not regenerate automatically any longer. New trader types: hospital, academy and restaurant. Many bugs fixed. However, the main features planned for beta 5 aren't implemented in this snapshot (it wouldn't be a snapshot if it was ready already, would it? ;) )
