LAMBDA website up

In addition to this download area, LAMBDA now has a regular web page where more information is presented, and other links are provided. You can visit LAMBDA's web page by going to http://lambda-toolkit.sourceforge.net.

It's a fairly simple, minimalist website right now, but I will be working on improving and updating it as time goes on.
