[Lam-public] LDAP Account Manager 8.8.RC1 with enhanced request access module

Announcement:

LAM requires at least PHP 8.1 now. There were several enhancements to 
request access like history and possibility to request owner access. The 
new altSecurityIdentities module supports to manage SSH keys in AD/Samba 4.

This is a test release. Please report any issues till 21st June.
