[Lam-public] LDAP Account Manager 8.6 with new "Request access" module for self service and Docker update

Announcement:

Users can request group memberships via LAM Pro self service. The 
requests are approved by group owners and optionally an additional 
approver group. The Docker image is now based on Debian 12.
