[Lam-i18n] LAM translation update for 4.9

Hi all,

LAM 4.9 development is finished and I plan to release it End of March.
There are just 15 new strings since 4.8. So not much of effort. ;-)

Please send me your files till 28th March.
If you do not fully finish the translation please send me a partial
update and later the full translation (will go into 5.0).


I will provide you the download access for LAM Pro as soon as I get your
update.
