[Lam-i18n] LAM translation update for 4.8

Hi all,

LAM 4.8 development is finished and I plan to release it mid of
December. There are just 9 new strings since 4.7. So quite easy. :)

Please send me your files till 12th December.
If you do not fully finish the translation please send me a partial
update and later the full translation (will go into 4.9).


I will provide you the download access for LAM Pro as soon as I get your
update.
