[Lam-i18n] LAM translation update for 4.0

Hi all,

LAM 4.0 development is finished and I plan to release it in about
two weeks. Therefore the translations should be updated.


As reward for your help I offer everybody who sends me a translation
update the current LAM Pro release (single machine, without one year
updates) for free.

Please send me your files until 16th December.
Sorry for the short time frame. :(
