[Lam-i18n] LAM translation update for 3.7

Hi all,

LAM 3.7 development is finished and I plan to release it in about
two weeks. Therefore the translations should be updated.

I changed lots of strings that included singular/plural mixtures (e.g.
"user(s)"). Hopefully, this will make your work easier. :)


As reward for your help I offer everybody who sends me a translation
update the current LAM Pro release (single machine, without one year
updates) for free.

Please send me your files until 25th March.
