[Lam-i18n] french translation

Hello,

I just downloaded LAM and I am playing a little bit with it right now. It
seems that the french translation is not up to date so I apply to complete
it and correct some mistakes or "strangenesses" I noticed.
I think I can propose a new version within a week.

How am I supposed to upload the po file ? Do I attach it to the list or is
there a special repository ?
