I don't remember if I already sent this or not.  Since I don't remember 
it being sent back to me by the list I'm sending it now. :)

I started this doc a few days ago.  It's at

Please let me know anything you think should be changed or added.  I 
definitely want to keep this goals list short, so I don't think much 
should be added.  But if someone comes up with something good, let's get 
it in there.  I also expect we'll come up with other lists of more 
concrete decisions, but this list is meant to stick to the abstract 
overall goals.
