#1 Output volume not dependent on input volume mode

Great plugin, thanks. It would be nice to have a mode where output level is not dependent on input volume level. If input is loud enough for triggering sample is played on its normal volume. It is useful when doing rock/metal drums. This is the way DrumTrig VST (http://www.stormrecordingstudio.co.uk/VST.htm) works and I was looking for a similar LADSPA plugin. I did not look at older versions for this feature.

As an attachment there is modified code to point out what I mean. It is probably not the best way to program it. The described mode is mode number 4.
