#1 Select phone memory

Some phones require selection of the correct memory setting (e.g. phone or sim) before polling starts, otherwise no incoming messages are picked up.

For flexibility, I suggest an additional config parameter that contains an array of commands to be sent to the phone after the first AT, and before the main polling loop starts.
