#148 Automatic embedding of files on upload

When you upload a file it would be useful to have an option to embed the file into the entru automatically. This is predominantly for image files where the full-size (scaled to fit the notebook width) image should be displayed rather than the thumbnail icon of the image. However, there should be two choices: "embed as data file" and "embed as image".
