I would try specifying the specific IP in the labrea config file, by process of elimination (e.g. use EXCLUDE 172.27.194.22 and HARDEXCLUDE 172.27.194.22 in the config file) and MAKE SURE that a machine occupies that IP with LB is started (I have had problems if LB comes up before the other machines do.) ~EdT.
