Sorry for the delay in replying.  I sent an email about 8 days ago, but it

I used VIPM 1.1 Beta 2 (build 0622) and I( am running Labview 7.1. 



I didn't test with VIPM. As I do all the OpenG development still in 6.x I
used the old OpenG Package Manager that I have still installed and that did
work fine. Also looking into the archive I can see the file it claims
shouldn't be there. Can you verify that the archive didn't get corrupted
somehow, by renaming the package into .zip and looking for the file in there
with a zip utility?
