Data are added in the groups when user creates data on the .../add/(?P<fmname>/ pages.
But now we have two 'Add Data in Group' links (one for admin and another, if there are groups on the desktop).
Both allow to add any data in any group?
What rights should have user to use this link and when and for what this link should be need?
I think both links are extra and both links should be deleted (in this case the DataGroupCreateView class should be deleted also).
