Increased security level and fixed bugs of the LISA for Windows

LISA is a very flexible web-based database system. A test version is running at http://labinfo.sourceforge.net
It was designed to store laboratory data generated in the course of a biology research project. LISA can be readily customized to meet the demands of a wide range of users.
