There is a userspace tool called conntrackd which can
be used to manipulate, and receive events as new
connections are created.

This patch allows layer7 info to be passed to the
conntrackd tool.

This seems like a good addition, but I am going to postpone
using it until I am sure that all of our SMP issues are
worked out.

As a correction to my post, the user space tool is called
"conntrack" or "conntrack-tool" not "contrackd".

Conntrackd is something else (related).
