Hrmm...did this compile cleanly for you?  Gave me several warning about
implicit declarations of grantpt(), unlockpt(), and ptsname().  I think
it works with these, but I just want to be sure I know what's going on
with this.

Keep in mind that I may just not have my system set up to handle Unix98
pty's a this point.  :)
