#36 save not enabled after changing

In release 1.1.4, used on KDE 3.4.0 Level "b" SUSE
9.3:
Sometimes changes on Tagnames or Content is not
recognised, so the "Save"-Icon (and Menu-Entry too)
isn't enabled.
Adding an Element (and removing afterwards) enables
the "Save"-Icon, so an workaround is given.
