Greetings!
There is a small problem with sending messages for a
Windows icq clients. I use the coding koi8-r for sending
messages, but on a Windows the client my messages
looks so: "????? ".
Whether it is possible to make an option for code
conversion of the coding koi8-r in win-1251?
