I've downloaded and compiled source code of kxicq
0.7.8, then I've started it but I don't have any
icons. When I did "make install" I get the icons
files copied in /usr/local/kde/share/apps/kxicq2/pics
but kxicq doesn't seem to find them. Why?

I have the same problem, Debian woody, KDE2, kxicq was compiled from
source.

I've compiled latest cvs and too didn't have any Icons!!
