#5 Radar image

I would first like to commend the authors of KWeather.
It's a great program that I find very useful. A
suggestion that I have is an implentation of a radar
image. These are accessible on weather.com and all
that would be needed is for the user to input the URL
of their local radar image. This feature would be very
useful for tracking precipitation, storms, etc.
