#6 Kweather affects KDE panel time

Running KWeather 2.0.1 on KDE 3.0.0-10 causes the time
displayed on the KDE panel to deviate from the system
time. My machine runs on local time, which is is GMT
-6hrs. The time changes the first time KWeather
accesses the server to get the current condition. The
time shift is +4 hrs (which makes no sense). This shift
is also invariant of the time offset supplied to KWeather
