#4 Support for Resizing Cryptsetup Volumes

Hi.
I love your software. I think it'd be awesome if resizing cryptsetup volumes would also be supported. KVPM makes it very quick an easy to resize volumes with standard filesystems on them, which would normally be a two-step process in the command line (resize volume, resize filesystem), however it fails if an encryption layer is either in between these two or under them.

Moreover, resizing cryptsetup volumes, particularly making them smaller, is not a very easy task. It would be great if kvpm could handle all this so that resizing these layered system would be just about giving the size you want.
