#7 pvmove0 percentage is for segment not whole pv

This is part bug, part feature request.

If a multisegment pvmove is started on the commandline and displays a progress percentage, the commandline percentage is for the entire move job. In kvpm, the Data/Copy column shows the percentage of the segment move in the pvmove0 (entire) row, rather than the specific segment row.

It would be adventagious to instead note each segments move percentage in that segments row, and the percentage of the whole move where the current percentage is situated.
