#557 Problem with KVM

Good day!

We use Ubuntu + KVM virtualization and we have some difficulties when running KVM

Host OS
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
Release: 18.04
Codename: bionic

Spec server:
Supermicro SYS-5017GR-TF
CPU 1Xeon E5-2690v2
RAM 68GB ECC
SSD 21TB Samsung EVO860
GPU 2GTX1070
Network HP523SFP 10G
PS 1200W

Spec VM
CPU 8 потоков
RAM 16GB
GPU 1*GTX1070 (passthrough pci to VM)
Network virtual

When the process of destroying a VM occurs, it starts to hang, in the IPMI console there is a notification "Watchdog BUG: soft lockup - CPU # 2 stuck for 22s"

What we do:
1 update bios to latest version
2 using last core ubuntu and try use alternative
3 change hardware components (cpu, ram, network card, hard drives)

when stuck server?
this value random, server can destroy 5 time VM and stucked or can 15 time destroy VM
