#434 Video: KVM graphics performance dropped

Starting with KVM-84 the video performance dropped to a turtle speed when using remote X11 SDL rendering.
KVM-85 is even worser, because in addition to slow speed, it adds flickering.

KVM is basically useless when working over remote X11/SDL.
