Added instructions that don't require KDevelop

For everyone who doesn't want to install KDevelop to run the project, now there are instructions to run autotools from the command line to configure and make kuroo. They're on the http://kuroo.wiki.sourceforge.net/Getting+Started page in the wiki.

Getting Started page added to wiki

I've created a page to help new developers get a development environment set up for kuroo. It's in the project wiki here: http://kuroo.wiki.sourceforge.net/Getting+Started . Feel free to add any additional information that you can think of.

Kuroo works with newer portage

Kuroo has been updated to remove some dependencies on features from older versions of portage. We lose some information that was in /var/cache/edb/dep/ before, and we only support the default repository (not repositories added by layman), but for most people this will work. I'm going to try to write a Getting Started guide for developers soon.
