I have just commited to cvs configuration for tunneling vnc via ssh. Just mark the box and specify the ssh host to tunnel through in the configuration dialog. The ssh client must be in your path, and you should have ssh-askpass installed.

The initial project has been imported to cvs. Any and everyone should feel free to poke at it.
I will hopefully create an alpha release in a week.
