I'm wanting to use Kujawaik to easily generate a slideshow on a specific monitor, which is not the current primary.

Would like to have the option to set the monitor number on the command line: /monitor=n (or similar).

To get around these issues:
1. Kujawiak opens on primary monitor (eg resolution axb)
2. /slideshow /full expands the window to axb
3. I'm using AutoHotKey to move it to non-primary monitor (eg resolution cxd, which is smaller than axb)
4. slideshow does not fill monitor.
