Ktoblzcheck-1.3 released

Ktoblzcheck-1.3 has been released, a library for the checking of German account numbers and bank codes. This release includes a perl script for an online update of the installed bankdata. Also, the data handling has been
improved so that the performance is approx. 30% faster. The command-line program now offers much more options, including a one-line output and batch-processing. algo02, algo06, method 11 and method 56 have been fixed, too.
