Released ktoblzcheck-1.1

The Ktoblzcheck library has been released in version 1.1. With this version, some small errors in algorithms 53/54 have been fixed and the new bankdata file has been added, valid from 2004-09-06 onwards. Also, for the first time we can provide a self-installing windows binary. Download at
