Released ktoblzcheck-1.0

The ktoblzcheck developers proudly announce the release of version 1.0 of this library. Ktoblzcheck is a KtoBLZCheck is a library to check account numbers and bank codes of German banks.

With version 1.0, this library can be compiled on any Linux/Unix/Posix system by gcc or other compilers, or on MS Windows by the Visual Studio C++ compiler (MSVC) or the MinGW32 environment. Also, this release marks the continuous stability over the last months, and it includes the updated bank data as published by Deutsche Bundesbank.
