#35 MAC - notebook tabs cause scroll of all

if the total length of text of all notebook is longer than the screen high
* on Linux: the tabs get their own scroll button
* on Mac: the complete window area gets a scroll bar. to reach the lowest tab it is necessary to scroll the complete window up, so one can not see the top of page any more.
