[Ktexshell-announce] libs problem

Hello again folks,
I finally have the libjpeg.la, but I am having problems with others libraries:

libkdecore.so.2 ( I have the so.3)
libkdeui.so.2 (I have the so.3)
libkfile.so.2 (I have the so.3)
ligkfm.so.2 (is in the kde 1 libraries!!!)
ligqt.so.1 (I have so.2)

It seems this newer libs are not recognized by ktexshell :-(

What can I do?

[Ktexshell-announce] /usr/lib/libjpeg.la not found

Dear folks,
I am trying to compile ktexshell-0.4.0 but doing make it gives me an error, 
/usr/lib/libjpeg.la not found. I have installed libjpeg.so.62 and 
libjpeg.so.62.0.0, using kernel 2.4.2-22; I don't know where download this 
lib; could you help me?

[Ktexshell-announce] KTeXShell 0.4.0 is out

Hi all,

after a long time (due to the fact that I was very busy) now the first
version of KTeXShell for KDE2 is out.
The main conversion work was done by Georg Baum, many thanks to him! 
The functionality is mainly the same as in the last KDE1 version; there are
just some bugfixes and
KDE2 specific modifications implemented additionally.

I hope you enjoy the new version; I will try to implement new features
(better printing support, bibtex support
and the integration of editor and viewers as KParts) a little bit faster
than in the past ;-)

The website http://ktexshell.sourceforge.net will be updated soon; if you
have any questions or remarks, do
not hesitate to contact me.
