#5 Trying to add PIC crashes program

When trying to add the program (either flowchart, c/c++, or assembly) to the PIC item, the program compiles without error, but then the program freezes and the process has to be killed for the system to recover.

My system:
Ubuntu 6.04 with Linux 2.6.20-16-generic Kernel
Program version information (ktechlab -v)
Qt: 3.3.7
