#30 Sort Indicator placed incorrectly for center aligned headers

FixedCellRenderer, when used to render a column
header, draws a triangular sort indicator for sorted
columns. If the text in the header is shorter than
the full column width, the sort indicator draws
immediately to the right of the text.

If the text is left aligned this works fine. If the
text is center or right aligned, the sort indicator
is still placed as if the text were left aligned.
