#10 Redraw is very slow while running remotely on LAN.

Hi,

I'm not sure this can be helped but here goes:

When running remotely on another machine on the
same LAN the KTable's performance is almost
unusuable. The redrawing happens quite often and
causes a lot of flickering. Also resizing even small
tables (10x10) takes about .5 seconds to finish the
redraw.

I'm not sure if this can be improved upon but it may
be worth looking into. Large tables perform worse
than smaller ones.

Don't have a test case for this - so maybe someone with this
scenario could test the latest version (2.1.3)?
