Hi FN,

There is no public online documents of KSubtile. You have to use that is 
embedded into the program. However you may download it separately from
http://ksubtile.cvs.sourceforge.net/ksubtile/ksubtile/doc/en/
but it's an KDE DocBook document, so you need DocBook. I doubt that you 
can read it without KDE.
