#6 WSDL2Java with Amazon Generation

This is all the wsdl code and now generates
_compilable_ code from the Amazon AWSECommerceService.

Beyond eliminating compilation errors, I haven't tested
the generated code and it may have logic errors, that
is, the WSDL2Java compiler may misinterpret the WSDL.

This code needs the SoapObject with attributes patches.
