Hi,

After running on Debian the command kSNP3 -in genome.list -outdir results -k 13, my genome.list file contain is

/home/mgonnet/Bureau/sandbox_snps_ksnps/c004.fasta c004 /home/mgonnet/Bureau/sandbox_snps_ksnps/c0021.fasta c0021 /home/mgonnet/Bureau/sandbox_snps_ksnps/c7842.fasta c7842

the produced log file is not very informative:

Location of kSNP scripts: /usr/local/kSNP3 The home directory is /home/mgonnet/Bureau/sandbox_snps_ksnps pKSNP3 terminated because of error file being present.

Any idea to solve my problem?
